Frank graduated from Monsignor Bonner & Archbishop Prendergast Catholic High School in 2013. During his high school career, Frank was a First Team All Catholic and #1 third baseman in PA.

During his collegiate career, Frank played at Gwynedd Mercy University. He was 2014 Rookie of the year, and Second Team All-Mid Atlantic Region.
