As the All Catholic pitcher at St. James High School, Bill pitched over 30 games averaging 2 strike outs an inning. Bill is an All Suburban, Delco semi pro first team of 1981, and All Delco 4 year College Player as ,lB, DH, and P.

Bill was the head coach of the Williamson School (35-9) and Malvern Prep (102 – 32) where they were Interac champs (1987 1989).

With over 35 years of coaching experience at all levels, Bill has coached numerous high school teams–Bonner, Strath Haven, Chester–as well as college teams such as Widener and Neumann University. Bill has also coached both Legion and Senior Babe Ruth Baseball, and was the Carpenter cup head coach (1986 -87).

Bill has coached over 120 Division 1 Baseball players, 5 Draft players, and 1 MLB player.

Alongside of his Baseball coaching experience, Bill has 28 years of experience coaching high school football and basketball.
